What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive the details you typed: what you told us you need, your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, the project state, and your description of the work. That is the only personal information this site collects from you directly.
What we use it for
To reply to your inquiry and, if you book, to arrange and carry out the inspection. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists.
Analytics
This site uses basic analytics to understand which pages are visited, so we can improve them. Analytics data does not identify you personally.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any inspection that follows, plus the period our insurance and record-keeping obligations require for inspection records.
Your choices
If you want the details from an inquiry corrected or deleted, contact us and we will do it, unless the record forms part of a completed inspection file we are required to retain.
